Guidelines for Abstract Submission

Individuals wishing to participate in the conference by presenting a paper must submit an abstract of their proposal via the form available on the website.

Abstracts can be written in English or Spanish (the language in which the oral presentation will be delivered).

The Scientific Committee will evaluate all submitted proposals and determine their acceptance.

Notification of acceptance and of the assigned presentation format will be communicated to the authors in mid-September.

Each participant may submit only one oral presentation as first author.

Oral Presentations

The maximum duration of each presentation will be 10–12 minutes, followed by 2 minutes for questions and discussion.

Presentations in PowerPoint format must be prepared in English or Spanish.

Speakers are kindly requested to strictly respect the allocated time in order to ensure the smooth running of the sessions.

Contributor’s Abstract Submission Deadline: 31st August, 2026. 
Abstract Confirmation Date: notifications will be sent on a first-come-first-served basis. All notifications will be sent by 15 September at the latest.
